Applications submitted by customers appear here. Pick a tier, then Approve = tag "trade" (+ "distributor" for that tier) and send an account invite. Reject = archive.
Every customer currently tagged "trade" — these accounts get Trade pricing on the storefront and at checkout. Use the tier dropdown to switch a member between Standard and Distributor. Revoke removes trade access, and the customer immediately reverts to retail pricing.
